"Super friendly receptionist and very helpful! We stayed here so that we could be close to Tenorio Volcano National Park. The motel was clean and met basic needs. The attached restaurant was good and offered typical Costa Rican fare. We were not able to take advantage of the tours offered by at the motel but tubing looked like it would be fun."

"Lovely family owned business! We were very comfortable in our room. The breakfasts served on our balcony each morning were some of the best meals we’ve had on our trip. The highlight of our stay was an impromptu wildlife tour around the grounds. One of the workers spotted a sloth and came to tell us. She showed us to it and then led us around the grounds pointing out toucans and many other birds. "

"The property was beautiful! We saw more birds on the property than we did at the nearby natiknal park. The food from the restaurant was excellent! A true highlight of our trip. The rooms were very clean and so was the entire property and the staff was very nice and helpful. Only negative of the property is a lack of heating/cooling in the rooms. The temperature was fine during our stay, mostly missed being able to get the room dry. We were soaked from our hike during the day and were never able to get fully dry, even after getting back to the hotel. "

His wife and housekeeping staff prepared an amazing breakfast each day, and always ensured that we had everything we needed to make our trip perfect. Miguel was our driver for the week and he was phenomenal!! He accompanied us to every excursion to ensure that we were comfortable and was available anytime we needed assistance. He also pointed out several interesting things and animals. I highly recommend this home. Patrick will ensure that your trip is more than you could have initially expected. "
