"We got an upgrade because the room we had reserved was not ready. The upgraded room had 3 beds and 2 baths. The bathroom was huge and the furniture was beautiful. The view of the lake and volcano was gorgeous. The wrap around terrace was stunning. This was 10x better than the one bedroom, one bath we had. "

"Such a nice, clean property. The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower. Great working kitchen. Close parking. It was a little hard to locate the property after dark. Good thing Google maps worked! What I liked best was sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains & the clouds over Lake Arenal. We loved our time here."

"I rented the 1 bedroom condo in building 2 for 2 months. The view of the lake and volcano are simply amazing. Carla picked me up from the airport and made a stop at a market so I could shop for groceries. This was so appreciated and a testament to the care and service provided to their tenants. "The condo was clean and looked exactly as listed! It was well located and was perfect for seeing stuff on the west side of Lake Arenal. However the air conditioning and WIFI did not work. We reached out to the host and the property office via email and no one responded. Not having WiFi made it very difficult to make plans and figure out where things were. May consider staying here again but only if those issues are corrected. "

"I think the place has great potential, the view is great, has great access and location. A bit breezy, but I liked that. A couple appliances did not work (Stove and coffee maker), probably not reported to the manager, as I mentioned it to a employee and a maintenance company was there promptly the next morning. The kitchen is nice, although sparcely outfitted. The bedroom would be a lot nicer with a dresser and a place to hang clothes. Wifi was good. The bathroom felt more like a laundry room...

"Nice overall. Beds were a bit worn and could have used more towels, even though we only had 5 people. The locatin is a bit out of the way. So, expect 45 minutes minum to get to points of interest. Not an issue as long as you prep for it."

"This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. "This home was simply paradise, and none of us wanted to leave! Everything in this home was completely stocked with everything that we needed. It was also very clean which is a big plus for our family. This property was truly everything we wanted and more. We are already planning for a future trip next year. "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and really loved it. The vibe is tropical and intimate. It was very romantic. The staff are extremely friendly all the time and the spas are incredible. Awesome if you are looking for the jungle side of Costa Rica near the Arenal Volcano. "
