"Everything was perfect. The only thing I would like to mention is that the receptionist only recommended their transportation when we wanted to head out to town instead of giving us the option between their transportation and Uber. Their transportation fee was $28 plus tax and Uber was $7. Other than that, this is a really great resort. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the views are AMAZING! "Sorry had bad experience in restaurant waiter delivers our food to wrong table than took it back then 5 mins later he brought to our table same plates food was cold and they took mine back pretty sure they microwaved my plate it was obvious absolutely aweful if you eat here order the bar food they didn’t mess up pizza and wings the next night waiter offered free drink for the previous nights mistake what a joke "

"It is in a beautiful setting. Room are spacious bungalows with a view on Arenal volcano. I loved that they had their own hot springs. Breakfast was so fresh and tasty. Cooffe and water are available all day long. Very nice and accommodating staff."
