Not only is it located just a short walk from Dotonbori — the heart of Osaka’s vibrant nightlife and food scene — but it also offers true luxury at an incredibly affordable price. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff are wonderfully friendly and speak excellent English, making everything smooth and comfortable for international travelers. A special shout-out to the front desk: when I needed a taxi last-minute, they not only arranged it immediately but even walked me down personally and made sure the driver knew exactly where I was headed. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with large bathrooms that feel like something out of a high-end spa. Everything is immaculately maintained — you can tell they take real pride in the facility. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the Osaka city skyline was the cherry on top of an already fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a mix of luxury, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality without breaking the bank, Hotel Monterey Grasmere is the place to be. "Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "
