"I always enjoy staying at the Elms. I noticed where we stayed was extremely loud. You could hear every door shut and every conversation as people walked down the hall from inside the room. We lost water pressure on all three mornings. No water was coming out of the faucet or out of the shower. "

The hotel was rather short staffed due to the weather but they handled the situation extremely well. Some of the staff were working 20 hour shifts. They were overworked, and short on resources but they took great care of us nonetheless.
