Easy check-in and check-out. The price was good and the location was good to drive to places around Kansas City. I bring my own toiletries but if you don’t you should bring shampoo because only soap given.

Front desk is amazing and I'm completely satisfied with that part. However, Housekeeping skipped my room twice and I had to wait over 3 hours to get service. Recently, I had to walk up to the front desk to get Housekeeping items.

As soon as you enter the hotel it smells like cigarettes. The rooms smell awful as if everything were old, the sheets look dirty as if they hadn't been washed. There was no soap or shampoo to bathe, we had to go buy some and we also bought an air freshener to put in the room because it smells awful. It's not a good place for a family or children, I don't recommend it.
