"We were there the weekend of the big snowstorm, and considering the fact that most everything around town was shut down, the hotel was able to take good care of everyone that was staying with them at that time. The staff that made it in, we appreciated every one of you. "

"The hotel itself is really beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really great. Our room was right next to the elevator though, we heard it going up and down literally the entire night and it is not quiet. We were in town for my daughters cheer competition so we really did not get a good nights rest because of this. "

"I would classify the Hotel Indigo Kansas City - The Crossroads as a hidden gem in Kansas City. The Staff (from the front desk to the housekeeping, and the restaurant employees), is a strength of the hotel. Very friendly, professional, courteous, and very responsive. The location of the hotel makes it a great spot to walk to other sites of KC. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to KC."
