"Marriott appears to really be struggling to staff their properties in KC. I recently stayed downtown at the Sheraton and the Westin and observed a similar shortage. Unfortunately, this makes it tough to get that extra towel, sheets for the pull out, etc that are necessities for a stay. As always, staff is well trained and friendly and the property has a solid breakfast. For the money, this is a great place to stay. "
