"The hotel had no room service or even water bottles and the tap water is not drinkable. There is no shuttle service to the airport. Didn’t find staff friendly. They stick to what they have to do, they don’t try to go above and beyond for you. The room was clean but the toilet and shower area had this real bad smell. "Great property in perfect location adjacent to walking path & snorkeling beach. We loved our one-bedroom unit and enjoyed the resorts amenities including pools and restaurants. Well maintained, very clean, friendly staff, wish we could have extended our stay, but not easy to do at a timeshare property like you can at a hotel. That said, we wouldn't hesitate to return, next time for a longer visit. Mahalo!"

"Pros: Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the beach and snorkeling at Black Rock. The staff we interacted with was fantastic. The valet named Buddy was an awesome info provider for all kinds of things. Cons: the breakfast “buffet” was a scam. We paid $30 per person for what is called a “Continental Breakfast” and is free in most hotels in the US (rubbery scrambled eggs, warm commercially packaged potatoes, paper thin bacon, a couple of fruit choices, packaged cereal, and yogurt).
