The master bath shower heads did not operate correctly and remained a dribble for showers. My husband says the splitter was broken. There were ants in the laundry room. It would have been nice if the kitchen was better equipped. It was lacking basics and we cook a fair amount. We had to buy items such as cutting board, measuring cups, and a knife that was actually sharp enough...

"I was greeted with a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday. The bell man explained the use of the facilities on the way to the elevator. The room had a spectacular view. It was a super birthday treat. "
