"It was nice to stay at the upgraded Outrigger Ka’anapali beach resort. Its location is unmatched and rooms were comfortable and clean. We had an recently updated room which was nice but it had an ajoining door to another room so noise transference between rooms was very noticeable and difficult to deal with. Maui Brewing is the restaurant on site and it’s ok but nothing special. The couple of downsides are the pool is unheated so hard to use on weather inclement days and there is no hot tub....

"The resort is right on a beautiful stretch of beach. We upgraded to an ocean front suite with a breathtaking view. The valet staff were super friendly. Sarah at the desk was very gracious at check in. The first two experiences in the restaurant were not good. Staff clearly didn't want to be working and the woman bartender was not pleasant. "Grounds and location are fantastic. The only complaint I have is the room shower or specifically where the shower head was located. Instead of putting it on the short side of the shower (think rectangle) it was on the long side. That plus a curtain instead of shower door caused water to get all over the floor. To avoid that we took shower handle off and be very arre careful"

"We stayed 7 nights over the Christmas holiday and everything was PERFECT. Trevor's communication is top-notch and thorough. The property is promoted well and in-person it checks off everything - amenities, cleanliness. We particularly loved that the 2nd bedroom could have the bed split into 2 beds for our sons. The 1st floor access is slick and the lanai is awesome. We would HIGHLY recommend this property and found the value to be well worth it. "
