"The hotel had no room service or even water bottles and the tap water is not drinkable. There is no shuttle service to the airport. Didn’t find staff friendly. They stick to what they have to do, they don’t try to go above and beyond for you. The room was clean but the toilet and shower area had this real bad smell. "Several people we visited were “owners” at AKS and were very friendly; one even said “thank you for staying at Shores; I hope you make the choice to stay here again.” The view out our balcony of the pool area and the ocean from afar was beautiful. "

"Some things were not working in our room, e.g. master bedroom balcony door would not open, table in the balcony was very wobbly, dryer was not operating properly.
