Everything was nice just the construction part was loud next to our room and couldn’t see the penguins or bar in the pool

Overall very happy with our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Pools were beautiful and fun for kids. Restaurants were delicious and not overpriced.

Everthing was amazingly beautiful from the moment we arrived until we left. Every staff member we encounterted treated us like family. We especially received extra care and smiles from Ludi and Sheldon(swan lake and valet). Our bed and pillows were so comfortable we want to buy some exactly like we had. The food was outstanding! We especially loved the breakfast buffet many options as well as changing various things on different days so you dont get bored.
