"Good: service, breakfast, pool, & location. Short walk to the beach. They let you use beach chairs for free. Not good: My room smelled like wet carpet & 1 day hot breakfast wasn’t available because of a broken stove. The place is old & shows it with little broken or rusted things, but not a big deal. "

"Convenient location, clean room, good value, and FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF! Some pros include late check-out, free breakfast, and snacks available in lobby. The only minor negative thing that stuck out was that there is only one elevator and no stair access (unless fire emergency), so be prepared to walk a bit to your car/room if it is on the ends of the building. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!"

"We will be back! Clean, quite, friendly! 2 minute walk to the beach means just that! We enjoyed a new beautiful sunrise every morning directly across from the unit. Beautiful sunsets every night with a short drive to the pier. Town was very friendly with plenty to see, do and eat. Plenty of sidewalks to walk and see some beautiful homes along the way. Everything we wanted and more! We even left all our personal chairs, towels and cooler at the beach all day while we enjoyed different activities...

"The Mermaid House was the perfect home base for our scuba diving adventure. The house was on a quiet dead end street, with ample parking. All of the amenities made our stay comfortable as we had dive equipment and gear to clean. It was 10 minutes from Blue Heron Bridge and 15 minutes from the dive boat at Riviera Beach. Truly an amazing trip made easy and safe and we have Aaron to thank. "
