"Sanctuary Cap Cana was amazing. Joan took great care of us in the castle and came and checked on us daily no matter where we were on the resort. The food was amazing, and the service all over was great. There was an abundance of food options, and we were able to find a spot wherever we went without issues of overcrowding. If you are going to Punta Cana, this is the place to stay. Only downside was the waterfall in the castle was being worked on and we had a minor issue with the water not getting...

"The property itself is very beautiful and our room was very beautiful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained… The food was horrible and we still having stomach issues. Javan, at the adult pool bar was amazing and took great care of any needs we had throughout our stay, he was friendly n attentive…a lot of things were never told to us that we needed to know, we did not know the steak dinner was an extra cost until the end, the cabanas should be first come first serve…we paid allot...

"The resort was a good choice overall. While the rooms could be elevated, we had a wonderful experience with our butler, Leo, and our server, Gregory—highly recommend requesting them. As an all-inclusive, it delivers well, but if you prefer a more luxurious atmosphere with extensive dining options and immersive experiences, this may not be the best fit. That said, we had an enjoyable stay!"
