Perfect stay for our family of four! The food was really great with a lot of options for adults and children. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The kids club was great to give my wife and I a break to relax on our own. Elvis is the man! He helped coordinate anything we needed, from dinner plans, to excursions. The chef making the omelets was also such a treat to see each morning. Great place, we will be back for sure!

Staff and service at the resort was fantastic. Keiber, Santo, Manuel, and many other staff were exceptional The property is beautiful as are the beaches and the food offerings over the top. The room well maintained and room service were fantastic

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Ziva. The staff were all very attentive and kind. The water park was our family’s favorite feature and the food was good too. All in all, we recommend this resort.

The resort was beautiful, the staff was very friendly, the weather was perfect, and the amenities were plentiful with access to the pool, beach, water park, dining options, gym, and free professional photography with options to purchase a package or individual photos. We had a great experience and was a perfect trip to escape the winter storm back home.
