"The property was clean and spacious. The backyard was an oasis. It was in my opinion the best feature of the property. The property management company was not prompt to responding. There was no chalk for the pool stick. The mini spit ac did not work. And we had trouble opening the front door. We had to reach out to the owner of the property for the Ac unit problem and she had someone address the problem the very next day. I would stay here again but I would make sure that everything is in place...

The house is in great location with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around and it was a great location due we were not far from my Uncle’s home in Middleburg. "I was escaping a hurricane and got all the way to Jacksonville and after midnight which means you can’t reserve anything else same day and the just emails and says sorry it’s over booked and basically no remorse so my family of 5 and one service dog had to be homeless for a couple days while we waited out the storm. Pathetic of a host and poor communication. "

"The house was great…very clean, conveniently located and comfortable."

"The house was well decorated and plenty of room. Note, only 1 full bath. We made it work with 6 of us. Make sure to fully read description. House is older so A/C didn't cool well. Host added window and standing units which was nice. Neughborhood is.....not the greatest."

"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

"It was clean and walking distance a lot of places. Will stay again "

"The Rental was very nice. It was clean and had everything my family needed. The beds were confortable. The drawback for me is I am a light sleeper and there are train tracks the next block. The freight train travels by several times during the night. If the room had some white noise or a air conditioner to drown out the noise it would be a 4-5 star property."
