"We were in Jacksonville for a week of appointments and procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The property is about 5 miles away from the clinic, and easy to get to. We so enjoyed coming back to the house. The house is super comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Cody is very accommodating, and we feel like we have a friend in Jacksonville Beach. We would not hesitate to stay again, and spend additional time with Cody."

"The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again."

"I really enjoy the house very beautiful. But there were a few things i didnt......like the pool not being cleaned that was the main reason for choosing this property. You have to be very careful not to fall. Other than that it was a very very nice get away"
