The rate is super reasonable and our Boston Terrier loved all the great places to walk. "Ours did! Great quiet neighboorhood. Loved the backyard and convenience to everything. Great host and home filled with everything youll need. We cooked in most nights and had what we needed.I didnt realize this was on the opposite side of A1A.. That was on me though for not checking. Thank you for allowing our family to be together during the holidays! Thats what mattered most to us!"

"This unit is connected to neighbor, but it has a private side entry with its own private small gated area outside. The beach is a short walk away, and pet friendly. It was cold, so we did not go swimming. The unit was extremely clean. It had a wonderful smell of cleanliness. Everything seemed new and updated. Recommend, perfect for two and pets. Plan to return in summer. "

"This lovely, large home that is deceptively tucked away in a quiet little cul-de-sac. The beach is only four blocks away, and the park and pond is even fewer. The openness of the family, dining, and kitchen allow for the flow of non-stop interaction while still affording one elbow room. The home was clean, bright, and smartly decorated."

"We are locals and rented this home for the night so a bunch of us friends can be together. Plenty of space for sleeping arrangement and room on the first floor. We played games all night and was able to watch some fireworks from the rooftop/deck area at midnight. Property management was great as well! "

"We stayed for 9 days while being treated at Mayo Clinic and I can’t imagine a better place to be. Only 8 minutes from Mayo, a very short and easy walk to the beach, shopping, & restaurants. The home itself was perfect with everything we could possibly need. A warm and wonderful respite during a tough time. Will be staying with the same hosts, who were incredibly responsive to any questions we had, in another of their properties for another month. Thank you Sue, Bart, & Jeff"
