"Close to beach, restaurants and golf courses. Very quiet for being part of a house. For a short stop 4 days this was great. We golfed, ate late lunch and crashed. Adam was very responsive when I inadvertently overloaded a circuit. "

"We were in Jacksonville for a week of appointments and procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The property is about 5 miles away from the clinic, and easy to get to. We so enjoyed coming back to the house. The house is super comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Cody is very accommodating, and we feel like we have a friend in Jacksonville Beach. We would not hesitate to stay again, and spend additional time with Cody."

"We had a wonderful time at this Vrbo! The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and in an amazing location—just a short walk to the beach and scenic walking paths. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that the pool was freezing, as there was no heating option, which made it difficult to enjoy. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Great property for our family of 5. Condo was a bit dated but everything in working order. Our view overlooked the pool, no beach view from our unit. But beach was only 5 min walk, our unit supplied beach cart and chairs which was great!Complex was also very nice, close parking, central pool location. Was also very quiet. This is what we were hoping for even though it was spring break. All people we met in the complex were very friendly. Did get a couple restaurant recommendations from a...
