"Stay went well, nice clean cozy place. Chose Jacksonville because my wife is from the Philippines and went to visit the Jollibee, also it was her birthday 12 and my birthday 13 December. Will visit again if possible. "

"Beach access and views outstanding.Sunrises were spectacular.Grocery and restaurants within easy reach.Owners were easy to talk with.Condo itself may need a new more comfortable couch, four not two regular sized dining room chairs, a fridge with icemaker and new sets of towels and sheets.to be perfect."

"Everything was as advertised/shown and check-in was very efficient. The view is really pretty and the unit is super quiet and private! Small point but the only thing I would add is a few large trays to put beverages on so the padded "coffee table" is more usable! "

"We loved this property! The location is perfect for our needs and the view of the ocean was wonderful. I love to sit on the balcony and have my coffee watching the waves. The elevator was a wonderful plus as I am handicapped. Someone complained about the front door being hard to close but it wasn’t if you turned the door knob. Definitely coming back to this location on future trips! "

"The place was ok. The curtains really need to be taken down and washed. They might want to make people aware that the coffee machine uses pods. The views of the ocean were nice to wake up to. It had enough room for the amount of people who stayed there"

"The condo is very nice and walking distance to the square where there are many dining options. The property was very large and nicely appointed. Terry was incredibly responsive and helpful. This was a great find!"

"The place was great! There was lots of space for everyone to sit and we had a great Christmas. The mattresses were very soft and I was not allowed to bring my sister’s Hypoallergenic dog because there ar eno pets allowed but my son had a major allergy attack so someone brought a dog into the house (I’m guessing the previous renters…?) Otherwise it was wonderful and we had a great time. I would definitely rent this place again - I will bring allergy medicine next time"

"Overall our stay was good. Check in was super easy and communication with booking was good. The condo location is right on the beach with easy beach access. The beach access had a new ramp which was very nice.You couldn't ask for a better location in relation to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants, all are right there at the condo. "This property is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The property was pristine - including not only the condo but the entire property. It was equipped with everything you could want - and more. The location was perfect for what we needed and the view was exceptional. Kim is the best host I have ever dealt with.
