"The ONLY downside of this stay was not fully understanding where the guest entrance was on day 1. Once we figured out the GPS directions took us to the wrong gate we had no issues gaining access. Everything about the stay was seamless, the place was clean and prepped for our arrival, and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely use again!"

"This home is simple but very quaint inside and very accommodating. It was more spacious inside than the pictures reveal. We loved the location (3 blocks from the beach and easy access to the highway). We could walk to a wonderful coffee shop 2 blocks away. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to spend time in the heart of Jacksonville Beach."

Less than a mile to an area with lots of restaurants. About a 20 minute drive to museums in Jax. 35 minutes to St Augustine. "

"Great condo on the ocean. First floor unit was great for morning coffees by the pool. Not heated but nice anyway. Pool bathroom a surprise. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable, bedrooms at opposite ends of unit was nice. Nice master shower. Also parking was so convenient to the unit. Felt like valet parking! Lol. A short walk to the beach from the gate, great access to the beach. Very clean property, both inside and out. I would come here again! "

"We are two retired couples who had a wonderful experience here. From the very beginning, our communication with the owners was excellent. The condo was very clean and well supplied. We had everything we needed and more. The daily sunrises from the balcony started us out each day for our adventures. The location was perfect.
