"Stay went well, nice clean cozy place. Chose Jacksonville because my wife is from the Philippines and went to visit the Jollibee, also it was her birthday 12 and my birthday 13 December. Will visit again if possible. "

"Overall the place was beautiful. Loved that it had a pool and it was beachfront. Beach towels/beach toys/beach chairs and umbrella were provided along with a wagon to haul them to the beach. The ONLY thing that I’d advise to bring is a large box fan for upstairs. The downstairs stayed cool. The upstairs was extremely hot and there was no ceiling fan or box fans provided. The AC unit is located downstairs."

"This unit was just as described, beautiful, clean and had an awesome ocean front view of the Atlantic Ocean! Check in was easy. Had an unusual problem due to the torrential rain that happened the afternoon we checked in. Amy quickly got the property maintenance man to resolve it. We got to view the full moon rising over the waves one night. We found a handful of sharks teeth and unusual shells throughout the week. We dined at a different restaurant every night and there were countless others...

"Convenient to state parks, fort clinch, downtown shopping, restaurants, fishing, and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Short walk to the beach, fully equipped kitchen, nice Keurig, appliances, dinning table, and decorations. Very clean, rooms are well furnished, each with their own bathroom. Could use a better sofa in the den but overall a nice stay for a few days."

"The place was ok. The curtains really need to be taken down and washed. They might want to make people aware that the coffee machine uses pods. The views of the ocean were nice to wake up to. It had enough room for the amount of people who stayed there"

"Overall, very comfortable, peaceful neighborhood. I only wish the broken chair on the balcony had been fixed. I stayed here about a month ago and reported the chair...it's not safe to sit in!"

"This property is beachfront, beyond the dune area. Spaciouswith all necessary items. Note that there are many steps up to the condo from the driveway, and there is no bathroom on the main floor, so tough on folks with limited mobility. Host was extremely responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again!"
