"I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue."

"it is a hotel next to a bus station. Not that safe. During the new year day, everything nearby is closed except for a gas station."

"Special thanks to Philip and Jasmine who work the front desk. Philip helped us get our room earlier than check in time which was great sunce we arrived at 6 a.m. What I didn't like was the inability of English speaking members of staff who worked in key areas. This caused communication issues or misunderstandings. The area felt safe and there are two supermarkets on either side of the hotel"

"Muito cuidado ao reservar neste apart, cheguei para minha estadia e o apto estava reservado para outra pessoa. Não pude me hospedar porque, segundo a proprietária, não tinham recebido a minha reserva pela hoteis.com. Então, tive que ir para outro hotel. Muito desorganizado, as pessoas da recepção desinformadas e despreparadas para receber os hóspedes. Definitivamente NÃO recomendo."

"Do not expect a warm or enthusiastic welcome in any way from reception. They will make you feel they are doing you a favour by checking you in with the bare minimum of interaction. I have stayed twice and will not stay again. They F&B staff are great and could teach the reception team something about offering hospitality"
