The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue."

Não pude me hospedar porque, segundo a proprietária, não tinham recebido a minha reserva pela hoteis.com. Então, tive que ir para outro hotel. Muito desorganizado, as pessoas da recepção desinformadas e despreparadas para receber os hóspedes. Definitivamente NÃO recomendo."

"Do not expect a warm or enthusiastic welcome in any way from reception. They will make you feel they are doing you a favour by checking you in with the bare minimum of interaction. I have stayed twice and will not stay again. They F&B staff are great and could teach the reception team something about offering hospitality"
