Stay across the street
At arrival we were given the smallest room in the property with the three luggage’s we had the room ended up with no room to move. Out bell boy was excelente and was able to force the check in counter to move us to a bigger room. But that bell boy was the only bright spot on our stay. We stay at the Windsor property regularly on our work trips to Rio. But this property was the first and last time. Stay across the street much better

El hotel es bueno. En general todo estuvo bien, el area es segura . El unico problema es que en el area de la piscina, que está en el último piso, no tiene suficiente sillas para sentarse o tomar sol.

Nice property, close to Barra beach, the upstairs rooftop with 360 degree views on the 18th floor is superb. My only complaint is that it closes at 7 pm, why on earth not keep that open 24/7 for anyone who wants to enjoy the views?

The toilet doesn't have a brush and shaving equipment and not even a water for drinking in the hotel.. Every thing is to be paid off.. It should be less in stars But it is clean and tide
