A 2 star hotel. It's an old office building that was converted into a hotel. Bad breakfast and internet doesnt work in the rooms.

The lobby consist of old discarded furniture with undesirables, drug users, homeless people loitering inside. The room was my worst nightmare, horrible linen, filthy bathroom, broken 1970’s box television, wires hanging out from the wall, dirty floor and linen which I refused to sleep overnight on! The noise in the hallway was unbearable. The only way to get WiFi is go to the lobby which was consumed with the workers and some apparent friends who watched the soccer match, therefore no seating. The photos are extremely misleading. It’s lower than a hostel! Please don’t make my mistake in booking this property! I couldn’t and didn’t stay!

É um hotel com acomodações simples. São muitos apartamentos mais de 10 andares e a rotatividade é muito alta. A localização é perto da Praça Mauá, e a calçada em frente cheia de pedintes e moradores de rua. À noite é meio perigoso e tem que ficar atento. Sair pede Uber e entra direto no Uber e na volta faz o mesmo. Tem o VLT que tem uma parada em frente também. Perto dos pontos turísticos do centro é uma facilidade. A tV do quarto é horrível e Wi-fi só nos corredores e portaria. Mas para ser um lugar para dormir é razoável pelo preço. Café da manhã é bom! O atendimento também é bom!

Falta de segurança e limpeza!
O que deveria ser uma ótima experiência se tornou um pesadelo, começando pelo atendimento do funcionário que foi extremamente grosseiro, logo após tive que pagar uma taxa não mencionada na reserva, quarto sujo, lençóis sujos, não tinham toalha disponível, o hotel e quarto inteiros com fedor de cigarro, fechadura com defeito e pra completar um hóspede foi furtado no mesmo dia em que chegamos, a polícia foi acionada e teve uma grande confusão durante a noite, muitos moradores de rua na porta do prédio. Não indico pra ninguém, tentei resolver com o hotel e com a plataforma e mesmo assim fiquei no prejuízo, mesmo não passando nem 24 hrs hospedada, não me senti segura e tive que ir pra outro local.

Hotel de 1 estrela
Fiquei hospedado nesse hotel e simplesmente nao gostei. Quarto sujo, cama quebrada, o hotel nao da suporte ao cliente, fazia o pedido de limpeza do quarto a cada 2 dias e no período de estadia so foi limpado 2 vezes o meu quarto Colchão com pulgas e persevejos, tive que tomar remédio e passar pomada para aliviar a coceira. Ar condicionado que nao funciona e sujo. Cafe da manha simples nada a declarar a respeito.

Hotel velho , sujo e mal conservado !Café da manhã sofrível , fui só um dia, no outro preferimos o bar da esquina Fiquei em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, arrastei pra juntar as duas e tinha tanta sujeira embaixo , lençóis encardidos e com pelos , assim como as fronhas e colcha . Os vidros da janela não são vedados , é de correr e cheio de vãos, o barulho todo da rua entra com facilidade ! Eu li os comentários antes e levei roupa de cama e banho de casa ! Vou falar do banheiro agora , no lugar que deveria ter um box colocaram uma pedra de granito que deixou um espaço minúsculo , que não passa uma pessoa com mais de 70 kg ! Uma loucura é o chuveiro fechou o combo , quando ligávamos a torneira quente acionava a torneira da pia , só descobrimos depois que o quarto alagou , e não dava pra ver , por causa da pedra no lugar do box ! Olha , uma dos piores hotéis que fiquei no Rio de Janeiro ! A vantagem é a boa vontade da equipe e a localidade!

Relação entre custo e benefício aquém do esperado.
Nossa estada foi bem razoável. As informações sobre as acomodações exibidas no site estão muito aquém do que verificamos na realidade. Os quartos são muito simples e com pouco isolamento acústico. Dá para ouvir com muita clareza os sons vindos dos corredores. O banheiro não tinha pano de chão para secar a água que sai do box, que não tem porta para impedir que água do chuveiro pingue do lado de fora, muito mofo no teto, devido a falta de ventilação .Ao entramos no quarto, no segundo dia, encontramos uma barata. O café da manhã também muito pobre, sem nenhuma fruta ou outro tipo de alimento, somente pão, presunto e queijo cortados em pedaços quadrados bem pequenos, café e leite.
