Housekeeping Clara was extremely nice and helpful. The only downside was the staff in the front desk during the day, Diego, very rude and not a very professional demeanor. "

"I stayed in room 711. This room needs some minor PM work but the patio divider made it worth it. The room layout was fantastic and after we figured out how to set the water temperature on the walls next to the sink the showers were awesome. This isn't a USA 5 star hotel but still very nice. It just needs some TLC."

"Most hotels along Copa ad Ipanema are from the 60-70s including apartment buildings.But this is a modern hotel. Location was excellent but didn't feel comfortable walking around at night with my family. The daily breakfast was great and better than American hotels that include monotonous and plastic breakfast! "
