"Amazing property where every room has an ocean view, private beach with awesome staff bringing drinks and snacks right to you. Clean rooms, comfy beds, decent buffet and really good restaurants. Bathrooms were clean but dated. Some menu items excluded from the all inclusive plan, was surprised by that but no biggie to buy them if you want. I would definitely return and recommend this resort for couples or families. "

"Staff — excellent. Food — very good. Location — amazing. But two minor quibbles. 1. Bar closes at 6 — right when I start thinking about a cocktail. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all. But we had a lovely time. If you don’t care about a bar...

"This was our second visit to Aura Del Mar; the first visit was when it was named Brisas Del Mar in 2010. This property has kept all the charm that we feel in love with back in 2010 and has made some incredible additions since. The pool deck over looking the ocean was peaceful and gave you a beautiful 360• view. The landscaping is gorgeous and tended to. The onsite spa has been updated and is lovely. Coffee machines in every room with fresh ground coffee provided. Turn down service at night....
