"Beautiful hotel and grounds . We loved everything about the resort and the staff were amazing! Resort could use some entertainment though , but a quick ride into Zihuatanejo to enjoy music and the pier is what we did . We will definitely return . A lot of walking and stairs , would be an issue for those needing accessibility’s ."

"The rooms were beautiful. The property was very clean. Lots of activities, great for kids. Access so close for Ixtapa Island. The only thing we did not like was the pool deck and the stairs are really slippery, every day we saw someone slip and fall that were just walking. Other than that we would definitely go back. "

"This was my second time at AZUL. The buffet food is excellent. The a la carte could improve their menu. I would recommend this resort to families due to the selection of swimming pools. Adults, kids, and the general pool are all fantastic."
