"Excellent 4 night stay at Azul Grand. Service in every department was prompt, friendly, and met all our needs. The views and sunsets are amazing. Beautiful pools and spa. Make sure you reserve speciality restaurants early in your stay to take advantage of the choices. Very close to Isla Ixtapa ferry and Playa Linda. Only notes I have is the hotel should consider adding more furniture to the large balconies and reduce the amount of bright (almost blinding) white light in some areas and restaurants. Overall highly recommend this hotel. "

The staff were so kind, and the majority remembered our names - truly, we felt important amongst all the other guests, which was unbelievable. The food was all delicious. There were frequent activities. The environment is absolutely stunning. I will without a doubt be back. "
