"The condo was excellent, very clean, stocked, and we loved the location. Our contact was super and very great to deal with. However, the condo administration was trying to implement a system for chairs at the pool which was a gong show, terrible. If you get up early and get a chair great, if you choose to sleep in or not come down and there is none left that’s your decision. Standing in line for half a day to book a chair for three days is ridiculous. On vacation no one needs that stress. "

"We had an amazing stay at the property. 5 couples in our 40's. There are some updates that are needed but overall it was more then what we could've asked for. Some things to note as I was flying there and needed things to cook. There were no spices so had to buy all new things. Stop at a big grocery store or you wont find basics at the small stores in town. They said there was not a coffee pot but there was. Some appliances were not working or removed but the oven, fridge and stove worked fine. They list 5 beds and baths but there are 7 bathrooms with the public space bathrooms and personal Gym in the penthouse. There is also an extra shower near the gym. The technology to light up and listen to music or watch in the movie room is a little hit or miss also I cant read spanish so I just hit buttons till things came on hahaha. The sweetest cleaning lady you wont even notice is there all day did a wonderful job. No english, but the translator apps work great she will help with getting anything you need. We didnt have a cook come in but had massages inhouse that were wonderful and great pricing. It's a short walk to all the busy shopping and dinning or hop on the bus very inexpensive when the heat is a lot. Love the building security. Last note is that the pool does not allow drinks in it but you can sit around it although it is a very mellow pool with older people if you are there to sit and read."

"Our stay at BVG Marina was wonderful. The pool and beach right there and this side of Ixtapa is quiet. Even with the holiday weekend it was not too busy. You can take the van to town for 12 pesos or walk in 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants close by and the people were great. "

"Overall a great stay. Lovely property, beach, pool, etc. condo was spacious. Nice kitchen that is usable. You can taxi to the grocery store if no car. Couple close by really good restaurants with reasonable prices. Amazing sunsets here with a lovely balcony to watch them from. "
