"Overall, stay was very good. We had a newly renovated room which was nice. There was construction going on in the main lobby, but the directional signs were well laid out. We got down to breakfast at 9:30am and all of the hot food was gone, so a little disappointing. The bathroom door would stick which made it difficult to quietly open it and not disturb those who were still sleeping. The proximity to Ithaca College was very convenient. The person who welcomed us and checked us in was very friendly."

The Buddhist monastery is across the road for anyone looking for an unexpected oasis of solitude and grand vistas from the terrace. The on-duty staff are welcoming and helpful, and the hotel is faultlessly appointed and clean. Highly recommended to anyone who prefers a slightly detached and more natural place to stay in the environs."

"Everything would have been perfect if the staff had not said a word to us and charged us an extra fee. At first we didn't understand why and then I read on the website that it turns out that you have to pay extra for prevarication with a dog. It would be good to tell hotel guests about it."
