"This elegant boutique is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Mexico. The art work and personal collections are a lovely touch. The restaurant and cafe serve Parisian style breakfast and local cuisine. Our rooms were so comfortable and clean it was difficult to leave the room. Most importantly the staff exceeded expectations. They treat you as family and always provide the personal touch which is so rare and beautiful. Our thanks to the owner and staff for our special stay. "

"Our stay at Hotel Plaza Ejecutivo was really great. The first room that we were placed in had an issue with the AC unit and when we brought it up to the front desk they quickly and kindly offered us a room change in order to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. "The property is clean and looks nice. The amenities in the room may need to improve, the lack of a mini fridge and a working iron. The price for this hotel is not cheap, so they need to match the quality and provide more and better amenities, pool must be kept clean at all times, there were too much tree leafs and debris at times. Toilet paper is rough. The buffet lunch is good but a bit pricey if you are only having a light lunch, not bad if you eat a lot. Room Windows were dirty from the outside, giving a poor view. Hotel is located in a nice area very close to the mall. Overall a great hotel. Cleaning lady did a good job and works very hard, always did a little extra for us."
