Grand opening Grand failure!
The stay here wa abysmal because it was supposedly a grand opening that nobody knew about and nothing was ready. Rooms weren't clean and the hotel barely functions. This place is absolute trash and I will post a full review of this place on Google Maps

A fairly new hotel, the place is pretty clean. The rooms need to have plastic bags in the two small waste baskets. Didn’t look cleaned well. The rainfall shower head needs the jets to be cleaned. Looked like only the perimeter heads emitted water and they sprayed in different directions so you never get a concentrated stream to wash yourself. There’s some kind of flashing light by the front door and it flashes all night long. The room is big enough, they could have put two queen beds and not two double beds. It’s a pretty stark room. And the parking is a pain. They offer a discount off the Plaza’s normal parking rate, but all the downloading and codes provided didn’t work. Ended up paying regular hourly rate for the public parking. It’s hard to find the entrance- even with two gps apps!

Asistimos a un torneo de golf en el Club Campestre de León, por lo cual la ubicación de este hotel fue muy conveniente. Instalaciones muy agradables, sólo que nuestra habitación estaba muy caliente, pero contaba con aire acondicionado así que tenía solución.
