Everything was perfect. The room, location, convenience, staff, specially the cleaning ladies were really nice and professional. The only problem was when I arrived, they where going to give me a standard room when I booked a suite but yet again they where polite enough to fix it with no problems! Will definitely book again if the price is right!

Love Hotel Real de Minas Poliforum, good location, food is Great, Front desk service is there and resolve any problem immediately, I do not like to much on weekends because gets to packed with families and become noise, but in general is ok

Traveling by myself around the hotel is not the best idea, no safe for walk specially at night, if you drive is fine

The property is very nice . The pool is beautiful . The gardens as well . The rooms on the other hand were mediocre at best . Beds uncomfortable and too small for 2 people . The AC was weak to almost not functioning. The toilet was disgusting .

Me hospede 2 dias, el primero habia una noche de cena romantica de 9 a 12 am y pues dieron las 3 y las 5 y seguia el ruido bastante fuerte. Al dia siguiente desde las 6.30 am había mucho ruido como que golpeaban algo, hasta las 11 am se mantuvo ese ruido. Mi hospedaje era con el proposito de descanso y relajación... Seria bueno mejorar eso.
