"Hotel was fabulous for an event at the o2. Beds were comfy, rooms were lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were lovely and helpful too. The link to the o2 was a great perk!"

"The Hotel was fine and the people were very helpful. I was disappointed to have to pay £4 each way for the courtesy bus. Clearly it isn't a courtesy bus and I think it is unfair, and misleading not to point our to people booking the hotel that this payment has to be made. Especially as with this fee there were other options. The other warning would be that an Uber take 20-30 minutes to arrive. Not your fault, but would be helpful to remind guests who are booking in to plan ahead for an uber. Otherwise great. David"
