Had to move rooms twice due to rooms being dirty. Third room was an upgrade to superior room and was still dirty. But by this time we was running out of time to sleep for early flight. Staff were friendly and happy to keep moving rooms but didn’t attempt to help with cleaning the rooms. Was told after complaining about third room that supervisor wasn’t on shift to issue refund. I hadn’t asked for a refund. Have had no contact over being offered one

Was 5 minutes walk from airport, staff were helpful and friendly. When you walk in lovely smell, lovely modern bar etc, but once you get off the lift to go to bedroom its a different story. Worn and stained carpets, tv buffering every 5 minutes. Would not stay here again
