Parking is advertised as included in the price, when it’s available on a first come, first served basis and there are only TWO spaces! Bed was not comfortable, only 1 pillow and that felt like resting your head on a patio slab!! On the plus side it was exceptionally cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. "

"I have been using the facility for the last more than 6 months staying there for few days almost every month and it worth's the money. although it becomes little noisy when the house is full and all the rooms are occupied but does not bother much. The rooms are clean and staff is cooperative and friendly. Manager Mr Haseeb takes care of everything at personal level and it always ready with a smiley face to listen and help you. "

"We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."

"The most appalling hotel we have stayed at. Absolutely disgusting. Not cleaned properly. kitchen tap sprays out towards you. No hot water. All 5 of us couldn't shower. Daughter went in warm shower for it to turn freezing. Non smoking rooms but stank of cigarettes. Nobody to contact to get the boiler issue sorted.
