During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. "Stay 2nd time because I love the location. Close to transportation, shops. There is food court in the same building. Easy to take JR or subways to go anywhere. "

"We travelled during new years and everything was closed, I think the hotel should do a better job of understanding what is open for guests. The location was a tad far to walk to the train station which was a negative. The Onsen was outstanding though and the rooms were very comfortable"
