"Had a storm come through and cause issues with the pool heater and dishwasher. The homeowner and staff were very responsive and able to get the pool heater repaired quickly and also was able to get the dishwasher working in less than 24 hours. Other than that, the house was great, the staff and owner were amazing, and the pool was great. There was easy access to the beach or bay, great beach gear available, and great restaurants on the island. "

"Great location for buddy trip to racing & baseball. Great view, close to night life, large rooms, free parking. Fold out bed was worn & uncomfortable my only negative."

"I can't say enough great things about our stay at the Lucie! All the staff, especially Steve at the front desk, was SO friendly and nice! The check in process was smooth and quick, and Steve gave a complimentary glass of champagne. The room was gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we've slept on at a hotel! The pool area was very relaxing, and they have a nice poolside bar with food, and the use of towels for the beach and pool. I will say, the only negative I have is that they charge for beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach, despite paying a daily resort fee. We brought our own from home, but it would of been nice to not have to pack all that. Other than that small thing, we will absolutely be back! Just love Jensen Beach, it's such a quiet and relaxing beach town!"
