"On arrival given room key which didn’t work call reception lady came to open the door she couldn’t taken to another room her key still didn’t work finally got another key the next day the keys still didn’t work had 3 in total was told that the battery would be changed in the door no one did this , the shower wouldn’t turn off had to call someone to do this, was told over the phone that we’d be able to get snacks but closed on the Friday night all in all not great!!!!"

"The hotel was well situated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room comfortable but the ventilation system was a bit noisy. Dinner and breakfast options were of standard for the hotel and tasty."

"There was charges that wasent on ur website but was on other sites witch is bad on urself not the hotel as my mate booked it in Experian and all information was on there "
