"We had cause to book a hotel quickly for one night in Hull and came across this gem. It's an old school/college building which has been converted into a hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the bedroom was clean and comfortable and the bar provided good food at drink at very reasonable prices. We would definitely return."

"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. "After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious"
