"Due to Covid and having to self isolate for 14 days on our arrival back to Canada, We decided in April to cancel the two rooms booked. We corresponded with Expedia and through them were advised that we would not be refunded. As we did not stay at the hotel we can’t really review. But we were disappointed that they did not even offer a partial refund - given the circumstances "

"Lovely hotel in very nice location. On arrival room was overly warm. Room, when cooled down, was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive."

"Perfect location for Gatwick Airport, utilised the pick up service from the North terninal which was very reasonably priced. Situated close to many bars and restaurants in Horley. Will certainly revisit whenever travel plans go through Gatwick."
