"I was told I could not stay at this property because it was damaged by a previous guest. I have been unable to get a refund. I was offered a room in a house nearby, but I booked an entire flat and didn't want to stay in a house with others. Now the rental agent won't return phone calls or request for refund. If you read the reviews (I wish I had) I'm not the first person they've done this to. "

"This overall was one of the best experiences I have had. Owner went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Even charged my cell phone for me when my phone died due to bringing wrong converter. Staff was also warm, inviting and most welcoming. Food was unbelievable!!! Definitely will be back. "
