The staff throughout the pub were consistently friendly and helpful. There were just two issues: 1. When we got back to our room at 5pm after our first night we found that the room had not been cleaned / made up. We weren’t worried about the bed being made or towels replaced but it also meant that the bathroom supplies and drinks caddy hadn’t been...

"We hadn’t appreciated what a gorgeous location this property was in. The view from the front of the cottage over the reservoir is gorgeous, and a first floor reading nook is so cosy and gives the feeling of being by the sea side! The property is really tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home from home. The check in process was really smooth and easy to understand. The weather during our visit was terrible but we would love to come back again with better weather to take advantage of all...
