We messaged the host for the final access details as we were arriving and got no response. We called VRBO who provded details to contact the host directly and also no response. "We received no communication from the owner of how to access the property. We were standing outside and had to contact VRBO support. The house is in an awful area, the garden hasn't been mown in years and there is trash around the property. We were only provided with two towels for a family and they said that was all we needed. I will never use VRBO again as they don't care about their customers experience."

"A lovely little hut in a perfect location. Check out time is 9am so if we were to return, I think it would have to be for a minimum of two nights as 9am is pretty early so we didn’t even have time for breakfast before we had to clean up and check out. Considering the price and the small space, I think a complimentary addition of bits in the fridge would be good. The view from the front of the cottage over the reservoir is gorgeous, and a first floor reading nook is so cosy and gives the feeling of being by the sea side! "Really professional and friendly staff. Tv sinal was dropping out. Couldn't get a signal mobile or wifi in the room and couldn't work out how to turn off the air condition which kept me awake all night. However that aside would stay again. Lovely looking. Well appointed. Easy access and good food and reception cant do enough. I didnt get the chance to use the spa andvpool but we ould certainly come back and will try it on that occasion. Great dinner and breakfast and very clean"
