"Very convenient location to millenium park and other downtown attractions. Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel does have a few things that need improvement as far as upkeep. There was a cover on a hole in the wall near the toilet that fell off. It had been siliconed on instead of properly fixing. Other than that- fantastic stay and would recommend. "

"Hallways weren't vaccummed when we arrived, but looked like they were sometime in the following days. Room was clean, but the hot water was inconsistent and the pipes make a really loud noise during the shower. You can also hear the pipes from other rooms during the night. The elevators, the only way to the rooms, didn't always work and we got stuck waiting a few times for someone to allow us to use a service elevator. We ended up opting to walk down the stairs, 18 floors, when leaving the...

"I have stayed at this property 3 times now and every time has been amazing. They have become the only place I will stay at in the city. The location is great with a parking garage around the corner at is very cheap. You get so many more amenities than a hotel and is an overall great experience. I highly recommend."
