"There was a lot of noise during the day and in the night. There was a motor going on next to the apartment 24/7. Impossible to have a good night sleep here. The staff was not nice at all. Overall, I would not recommend it at all. There are far more options in Sao Paulo. Please don't go here."

"Old building. Spacious room, huge bed, large bathroom. TV worked but remote control didn’t. Room faced a street with bars which was noisy at night. Buffet breakfast was good. Cold bottles of mineral water were available in reception for which I was not charged at check-out."

"They will never accommodate you on an early check-in or late check-out. It's very apparent that the hotel was once a grand hotel, but nothing is updated, rooms need repainted, windows and sliding doors need replaced and not 1 English/American tv channel to watch, but the rooms are large and spacious. It is in a good location so we continue to stay there. The dining room and buffet is also ok/average. Overall, its a decent accommodation for the price for a 4 to 5 day stay."

"Some lady just unlocked our room with a master key, and after finding us, she ran away. Upon inquiry with the front desk, they said they know the women and would ask her to explain herself. She did come to our room again, said something in Portuguese, but she did not know English (and neither did the front desk person).
