Foi tudo muito bom, como aspecto positivo destaco a cordislidade dos funcionários, excelente atendimento. Como ponto negativo a falta da limpeza do quarto, e nao querendo ser injusto talvez tenha avontecifo somente comigo portanto slgo pontual. No resto nada a reclamar e sim a agradecer.

O quarto era pequeno, diferente do que mostra na foto, a estrutura é antiga, nossa reserva era pra 2 adultos e 1 criança, so foi fornecido 1 lençol e 2 toalhas. Os funcionarios sempre simpaticos e solicitos, exceto uma camareira que não gostou quando solicitei mais 2 lençois e 1 toalha, fez cara feia e ainda reclamou por ter encontrado o cobre leito que por descuido tinha caido no chão. O café da manhã era bom.

Minha experiência não foi muito boa . Uma vez que na frente do hotel fica o Bar da Brama e toca um sambão até tarde, custei a dormir por causa do barulho . Elevadores sempre quebrados e o hotel estava super cheio. Quase 15 min do 16 andar até o térreo. Um dia eles paravam o um dos elevadores e outro dia liberava. Ponto positivo café da mãe bom e variado e as pessoas da recepção e portaria super educadas e cordiais.
