"O que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento dos funcionarios. Sao bastante atenciosos e educadissimos. Mas as instalacoes do hotel precisam ser melhoradas, como por exemplo: quando a gente precisar se retirar do hotel por algumas horas, deveria ter chave na porta pra gente poder trancar. Mas deu tudo certo"

Mesmo assim, não justifica a falta de estrutura de conforto aos hóspedes, exemplo, mesa de apoio, cadeiras ou bancos para uma refeição rápida, enfim conforto simples. "We liked the shuttle from the airport. The driver was helpful, we didn’t even have to struggle with all our luggage. The staff were very helpful when we had a problem with the safe in the bedroom. We were able to enjoy a drink in the bar in pleasant tranquil surroundings. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others"

Great location!!

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "
