Hotel Castelar was a good experience for me. Hotel location is central in the city and you can approach most of the places easily. Hotel stuff were friendly and helpful all the time. I had a good breakfast there as well. Interior architecture is very good in this hotel. Wooden table, wooden bed frame and lamination and also a beatufily wooden chair helped me feel I was in a superb hotel. The console to manage lights and calls also looked very unique and made me feel good about environment. I recommend this place to anybody want to have good experience for their stay.

O quarto de um tamanho ótimo, porém anoite bastante barulho devido sos moradores de rua, única coisa para ajustar cortina do quarto 901 arrumar e café da manhã incluir um bolo, ou alguma coisa doce, no estacionamento recomendaria uma organização e limpeza, muita entulho e sujeira

A receptividade dos funcionários, a limpeza e organização das acomodações, a mesa do café da manhã, são excelentes, estão de parabéns. Mas a localização ao entorno do hotel tem muito morador de rua, a noite eles gritam muito e atrapalham o sono dos hóspedes, eles deixam a rua ao entorno do Hotel com muita sujeira. A prefeitura de São Paulo poderia dar uma atenção maior ao Centro da Cidade, está uma situação difícil naquele entorno.

Fui muito bem recebido. O quarto estava bem limpo e organizado. A cama bem confortável. Banheiro bem grande e com um chuveiro que esquenta bem. O quarto contém ar condicionado, tv porém os canais são bem ruins. Não tinha como colocar por exemplo uma Netflix. Tirando isso foi tudo muito bom. Só não tive tempo pro café da manhã mas parecia bem gostoso. Muita variedade.

Hotel antigo mas limpo. Atendimento dos funcionários excelentes. Café da manhã razoável. O problema maior é a localização pois fica praticamente na cracolandia e a noite sair a pé sozinho fica muito perigoso.
