"Staff (front desk, maintenance & cleaning, breakfast servers) were friendly and very helpful. Room was fairly well-appointed, but a bit worn-looking in places. Water pressure and hot water were excellent! Breakfast included a lot of options and was very good. The area is safe and convenient to a number of upscale dining options, particulary Italian restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool water was greenish, murky and uninviting. Overall a good to very good hotel for its price."

"Great breakfast and all the staff deserve the highest note. Very friendly! I would have given 10 but I had to deduct points due to the noise (there is no soundproofing walls), you can hear the airplanes and other outside noises and also the internal noises from the corridor. Also bring your own pillow if you are prone to develop a neck pain like myself as the pillows are very high and felt very uncomfortable. "I visit Itaim Bibi a lot and Wanted to try this hotel. Read the other reviews as, for business travelers at least, the lack of usable wifi is a reason not to stay here. It's not even just slow, it's just impossible to get any connection, and when you do (for 5 mins) it's like dialup at best. I really wanted to like this hotel as it's clean, modern and spacious rooms in a great area, but I just can't overlook the problem with not being able to get any work done on wifi."

"Nice clean hotel convenient to good restaurants. We had a few challenges with front desk staff who spoke no English and didn’t seem eager to assist, but this is their prerogative of course as we are foreigners in their city. "
